One-off clean

These Terms & Conditions govern one-off wheelie bin cleaning services booked and paid for as a single payment with Wheelie Washers. By booking and paying for a one-off clean, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 One-off cleans require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your scheduled date.
1.2 Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
2.1 We will do our best to attend on the specific day you book.
2.2 If we are unable to attend on your booked day (due to factors such as weather, vehicle issues, route delays, or access problems), your clean will automatically be carried out on the next occasion your bin is collected, at no extra charge.
2.3 We will endeavour to notify you if your booked date cannot be met, where possible.
3.1 You must ensure your bin is accessible (e.g. presented at the kerb or agreed access point) on the booked day, or on the next collection day if the clean is rescheduled under Clause 2.2.
3.2 If the bin is not accessible on both the booked day and the next collection day, the clean may be treated as completed and no refund will be issued. A new booking and payment will be required for a further attempt.
3.3 Bins must be free of loose rubbish and hazardous materials.
4.1 As one-off cleans are scheduled around your bin's collection day, refunds will not be provided once a clean has been carried out under Clause 2.2.
4.2 If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your booked day for a full refund.
5.1 We take reasonable care when handling and cleaning your bin. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
5.2 Any damage caused directly by our negligence must be reported within 48 hours of the service being carried out to be considered.
5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
